Meet Noah, a 6-year-old Mekong bobtail that lives in Fayetteville, New York. Noah's owner writes, "Noah’s breed is very rare, and he behaves more like a dog than a cat. He greets me at the door, follows me everywhere and he has great communication skills. When he 'talks' I listen, unavoidably!!"
