Tropical Storm Harvey continues to bring flooding to Louisiana on Tuesday as Houston and other areas of Texas continue to deal with life-threatening floods. Beauregard, Calcasieu, Cameron, Jefferson Davis and Vermilion parishes in Louisiana  were ordered emergency declarations on Monday

A few locations in southwest Louisiana have measured more than a foot of rain since Sunday. On Monday night, 500 people were rescued from Lake Charles, Louisiana as floodwaters rose. 

Harvey will continue to soak the state through midweek. Southwestern Louisiana is expected to see an aditional six to 12 inches, while south-central can see between five to 15 inches.
