A potent weather system that spun up tornadoes across Nebraska on Tuesday, then dropped as many as 10 inches of rain on Missouri Tuesday into Wednesday morning, heads across Indianapolis on Wednesday aiming for the Northeast's I-95 corridor on Thursday.
