Winds Whip Up Debris In Washington

Winds kicked up waves that sent debris sprawling across West Beach Road in Oak Harbor, Washington. The road was closed for a time on Tuesday. Kite surfers couldn’t help but take advantage of the wind, but as Winter Storm Gerri continues, residents should stay indoors.
