View of Thunderstorms from Space Station

Video from the International Space Station shows twinkling city lights as well as several thunderstorms seen from miles above the Earth’s surface. The video was taken astronaut Paolo Nespoli, shows the earth from Africa to Russia. According to Nespoli, several storms that hit Italy can also be seen.
