A large, devastating wildfire burned hundreds of homes and businesses in Fort McMurray, Canada, and in just a matter of days, tens of thousands were forced to evacuate, outrunning the fast-moving flames.

The inferno created some shocking imagery as residents documented the blaze on their way out of town. Here are 11 of the most stunning images and videos we've seen from this terrifying event.
