In a region used to relatively warm winters, Georgia has been experiencing lower than average temperatures – and even the occasional snowfall.

Parts of Northeast Georgia saw flurries on Tuesday, prompting one state trooper to share a safety message for drivers. Little did he know that message would go viral.

"We ask that you be mindful of the weather and road conditions as you get out and travel, especially in extreme parts of North Georgia," TFC John Daniel says in the video posted to the Georgia Department of Public Safety's Facebook page. "If you can, try to stay home, and stay safe."

It certainly got the attention of fans of the Facebook page, with people calling him a "cutie," and a "tantalizing trooper," while others inquired about whether he was single.

Aided by this extra attention, the safety message at the heart of the video got out there rapidly, with almost 40,000 views, more than 300 shares and dozens of comments in just a couple of days.

Good news for those inquiring: Daniel's Facebook page does in fact list him as "single."
