Intense Snow Traps Remote Alaska Camp

After more than 40 inches of snow buried Alaska’s Glacier Highway, a remote camp was left completely cut off from the outside world. Crews are battling towering drifts to clear the road in hopes of launching a boat to bring those stranded safely home.
