Arctic Plunge Will Drop Temperatures, Wind Chills Below Zero

If you think it’s cold now, just wait! Bone-chilling arctic air will plunge into the Northern Plains Friday and then spill south and east into the Ohio Valley and Northeast this weekend. Temperatures are forecast to drop below zero in places like Minneapolis, Omaha, Sioux Falls and Chicago.
