Winter Storm To Dump Heavy Snow Across The Northeast

The Northeast is no stranger to snow, but Winter Storm Fern is forecast to bring some serious winter impacts to the region this weekend. Widespread snow totals of at least 8 inches are expected with many places possibly seeing over a foot.
