Cars Submerged As Flash Floods Hit Milwaukee

At a press conference on Sunday afternoon, county officials declared a state of emergency after flash floods inundated the southern Wisconsin region. Radar estimates as much as 10-11 inches of rain fell from a storm beginning on Saturday evening. Eyewitness footage from the area shows cars and streets fully submerged under water.
