Space missions have mishaps beyond life-or-death crises. The Artemis II crew dealt with a malfunctioning toilet, a locked Outlook account, and a planned 40-minute communication blackout with Earth. Apollo 16 astronauts got gassy from orange juice. Apollo 12 pointed a TV camera at the sun. Even in space, we can't escape bad plumbing and spotty Wi-Fi.
