Severe Weather Outbreak, Including Tornadoes, Likely

Another severe weather outbreak is looking likely Tuesday into Tuesday night and includes many of the same areas that were hit hard last week. A few EF2 tornadoes, damaging winds, hail larger than golf balls and flooding will all be possible. The greatest threat includes places like Chicago and Springfield, Peoria and Fort Wayne. The severe threat shifts east Wednesday stretching from the interior portions of the Northeast to the Ohio and Tennessee Valleys and then all the way to the Gulf Coast. Please stay weather aware and make sure you have multiple ways to receive warnings. Here’s the latest hour-by-hour forecast.
