A weather and science experiment by some elementary school children turned into an epic space adventure for a Lego action figure, and a huge lesson about perseverance and hope. The experiment was two years in the making and when they finally launched Dan the Lego man into the sky on a weather balloon, the kids believed he’d return that same day.
