For First Time, Artemis Astronaut Captures ‘Earthset’ Video

Artemis II commander Reid Wiseman this week shared an amazing clip of “Earthset” that he shot with his iPhone while he and the crew aboard the Orion space capsule named Integrity made a flyby of the moon. It was the first time such a view has been recorded on video during a crewed mission. “Only one chance in this lifetime,” Wiseman wrote in a post on X. “Like watching sunset at the beach from the most foreign seat in the cosmos, I couldn’t resist a cell phone video of Earthset.”
