Severe Weather Outbreak: Friday Likely To Be Most Active Day

A severe weather outbreak is forecast Friday into Friday night with strong tornadoes, very large hail, destructive winds and flooding all on the table. The greatest chance for at least EF2 tornadoes and very large hail will be across eastern Oklahoma, eastern Kansas and western portions of Missouri and Arkansas. This includes places like Kansas City, Tulsa, Fort Smith, and areas just north of Dallas. Please have a plan in place and make sure you have multiple ways to receive warnings as severe weather is likely for many overnight. Here’s the latest hour-by-hour forecast.
