Winter Storm Chan Dumping Heavy Snow Across Northeast

Snow will continue to spread into the mid-Atlantic and Northeast Tuesday as Winter Storm Chan intensifies. It will be a slick morning commute for the central and southern Appalachians as freezing rain could result in minor ice accumulations. A few flakes will be possible for the I-95 cities from NYC to Philadelphia down to Baltimore and DC, however most of the precipitation will fall as rain. Highest snow totals should fall across New England, just west of the I-95 corridor. Snow will taper off late Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. Watch this video to see how much snow to expect.
