Heavy Snow, Gusty Winds Expected For Northeast, Mid-Atlantic

Winter Storm Hernando is set to bring heavy snow, gusty winds and coastal flooding to parts of the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. The storm will form off the East Coast and move north along the warm ocean current and strengthen into a bomb cyclone.
