Coldest Air Of The Season Arrives Tonight For Northeast

A strong cold front will bring the coldest air of the season to the Great Lakes and Northeast Thursday into Friday. Dozens of records will be in jeopardy, and that includes both low and high temperatures. The I-95 corridor, including Boston, New York City, Philadelphia and D.C., will see lows drop into the teens and 20s, and the wind chills will be even lower by Friday morning. The cold air moderates a bit this weekend before another reinforcing shot of arctic air moves in early next week.
