Heavy Rain, Flood Threat On Warm Side Of Winter Storms

Snow and ice aren’t the only things this winter storm double-header will bring across the East this week. Heavy rain and storms will be a threat on the warm side of both systems, posing flash flooding concerns across a large swath of the South.
