Pattern Change: Cooler, Wetter West; Stormy, Warmer East

Finally, a much needed pattern change will bring a cooler and wetter pattern to the Western U.S. next week. A dip in the jet stream will allow for several rounds of rain and higher elevation snow in areas that have been dealing with record heat.
