Winners of the 2015 Ocean Art Underwater Photo Contest Are Released

Several winners were recognized in each of 15 categories for the 2015 Ocean Art Underwater Photo Contest, and the Best of Show is a breathtaking photo of a larval eel photographed at a depth of 4,000 feet off the coast of Hawaii.

Contestants competed for more than $70,000 in prizes, including a trip to Indonesia on the S.M.Y. Ondina, diving packages, several travel prizes and gift certificates from Bluewater Photo. The categories included wide-angle, macro, behavior, novice DSLR, nudibranchs, supermacro, cold water, pool and conceptual, as well as three compact camera categories and three mirrorless camera categories.
