Harrowing video from the ground shows Hurricane Melissa’s catastrophic impact on Jamaica, as raging floodwaters rush through streets, winds tear across neighborhoods and homes are partially submerged. As Melissa made landfall on the island, trees were toppled, roofs were shredded and widespread destruction stretched across communities in the storm’s path.
