Amish Community Beats Storm Surveyors With Speedy Repairs

A local Amish community in Branch County, Michigan, got repairs underway almost immediately after a tornado hit during last week’s severe weather outbreak. By the time a storm survey team from the local National Weather Service arrived two days after the storm, enough repairs had been completed that the team couldn’t accurately determine how strong the tornado was when it struck the community.
