Weekend Severe Storms Outlook: Tornadoes, Hail, Severe Winds

This weekend is bringing yet another (and another) day of severe weather in an ongoing active pattern for the central United States as storms bring the potential for strong tornadoes, large hail and damaging winds to cities like Dallas, Oklahoma City, Kansas City and Memphis, Tennessee. The threat continues into Monday and stretches into the Midwest and western Great Lakes, including Chicago and St. Louis, with the potential for scattered supercell thunderstorms. Areas that experience multiple days of storms also face a flash flooding threat as rainfall totals climb close to 5 inches.
