Large Hail, Damaging Winds For Midwest, Plains

A stalled frontal system is leading to a multiday severe weather threat for the central United States from the Southern Plains to the Upper Midwest and Great Lakes. Several cities are facing the potential for large hail, damaging winds and even tornadoes, some of which may be strong, including Minneapolis, Oklahoma City, Detroit and Chicago. Monday and Tuesday could both see severe thunderstorms in the evening hours, and the threat continues Wednesday and Friday.
