Large Squall Line To Develop From Iowa To Texas

Friday’s severe risk targets the Midwest to the Plains and includes some of the same areas hit hard yesterday. A squall line will likely develop from Iowa all the way into Texas Friday afternoon and evening. Damaging winds, large hail and few tornadoes will all be possible with the greatest chance across southern Iowa, just south of Des Moines, into northern Missouri.
