Strong Tornadoes Likely For Midwest, South Today

A tornado outbreak is expected across parts of the mid-South and Midwest today lasting into the night. As a result, a rare high risk of severe weather has been issued by the Storm Prediction Center. Severe wind gusts, large hail and numerous tornadoes, some of which could be EF3 or stronger, are likely. Places like Little Rock, Memphis, St. Louis, Louisville and Indianapolis should be on high alert. And the severe threat does not stop today.
