More Rain In Texas Could Delay Search And Recovery

After search and recovery was halted this past weekend, rescue crews need to prepare for more heavy rain and potential flooding on Monday across the Texas Hill Country. Flood watches are in effect as multiple rounds of slow-moving storms will impact some of the hardest hit areas again. An additional 1-2 inches will be possible with isolated totals as high as 3-5 inches.
