Winter Storm Hunter to Bring a Mess of Snow, Ice to the Ohio Valley, Great Lakes, Northern New England After a Possible Northern Plains Blizzard

Winter Storm Hunter will bring wind-driven snow to parts of the northern Plains into Thursday.
Near-blizzard conditions are possible in parts of the Dakotas, Nebraska, western Iowa and Minnesota.
Another round of snow and ice will develop Friday in the Ohio Valley and Great Lakes, spreading into the interior Northeast Saturday.
An ice storm is possible in these areas Friday and Saturday.
