4 People Die In ‘Brown Out’ Pileup in Colorado

Winds of 60 and 70 mph kicked up dirt that led to a “brown out” Tuesday along a portion of Interstate 25 near Pueblo, Colorado. Four people were killed and 29 were injured in the crashes that involved more than 30 vehicles, including six semitrailers.
