Several rounds of accumulating snow will impact travel across the Northeast and Great Lakes through the weekend. The first round of rain and snow will move across the Northeast Wednesday into Thursday. Snow then redevelops Friday into Saturday as we get a reinforcing shot of frigid air. One to 3 inches looks likely for many with the highest totals in northern Wisconsin, western Michigan and the snow belts of New York. A chilly rain is likely for the I-95 corridor.
