Winter Storm Kingston is on the move and more snow and ice is expected from Kentucky and West Virginia through the Mid-Atlantic states. Expect travel delays, more school closings and a dangerous ice threat in North and South Carolina. This could include Charlotte, Fayetteville, Raleigh and Greenville, North Carolina, with some light icing as far south as Columbia, South Carolina.
