Winter Storm Hernando will not only bring blizzard conditions, but wind, coastal flooding and power outages. More than 50 million people will feel the impacts from this storm from the mid-Atlantic to New England. Winds could gust as high as 70 mph, as well as major coastal flooding from Sunday evening through Monday. Expect widespread power outages in areas where the strongest winds occur.
