Cascades To California: Rain, Snow And Disruptions Possible

Multiple storms are about to come ashore on the West Coast with heavy rain and snow, gusty winds and the threat for flooding and slides. Seattle and Portland could pick up light snow, but the Sierra and Cascades could see feet of snow this week. Travel will be impacted across the West for multiple days.
