Newly named Winter Storm Chan will bring another round of snow to the Plains and Midwest Monday before a wintry mix sets up across the Ohio Valley Monday night. This winter storm will intensify across the mid-Atlantic and Northeast Tuesday into Wednesday as an area of low pressure moves offshore.
