Spring Delayed For Northern Tier By Winter Storm Omari

Winter is not ready to hand over the reins to spring in the northernmost states just yet. Winter Storm Omari is bringing frozen precipitation to much of the northern tier this week, with heavy snow possible from the Dakotas to New England Wednesday into Thursday.
