WHERE...The far southern Texas Panhandle, South Plains, and Rolling Plains. WHEN...From 7 AM to 7 PM CDT Sunday. IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions are likely due to blowing dust. Power outages are also possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Persons sensitive to dust should stay indoors until the dust improves. Loose outdoor objects that could be blown around or damaged by the wind should be secured in advance.
