A slow-moving winter storm had dropped at least 20 inches of snow on parts of the Northeast by Wednesday evening -- and meteorologists warned another round of heavy snow was ahead overnight.

While snowstorms are nothing new for people in west-central New York state, storm tracker Jim Cantore saw something he doesn't normally run into during storm coverage for The Weather Channel: a couple driving a convertible with the top down, crusing around the snow-covered streets of Syracuse.
