Airline Will Pay You to Fly the World

If you've ever considered quitting your job to travel the world, one airline will provide the opportunity.

WOW Air will select two people next month to participate in the "Best Summer Job Ever. They'll fly the winners to Iceland, which will serve as their home base as they travel all over the world to experience warm, sunny weather at the end of a long winter.

Not only will the two winners receive free travel throughout the summer, they'll also make a salary of $4,550 per month, according to the contest page. A decent wage is only fair since the two winners will be expected to compile a digital travel guide as they explore the 38 destinations to which WOW Air flies, the website also said.

Needless to say, this will be a travel-heavy undertaking, and the winners will be tourists virtually every day of the adventure, which begins June 1 and ends Aug. 15. In those 10 weeks, the two lucky winners will take eight international trips and four trips through Iceland, according to Travel and Leisure.

The winners will also be allowed to choose their international destinations as long as they can get there by flying WOW Air, a spokesperson told Business Insider. Thirteen of the airline's destinations are U.S. hubs, but WOW Air also services destinations like Amsterdam, Dublin and London.

Applicants are expected to submit a video travel guide of their hometown; the clip should be shorter than two minutes. You must also be at least 18 years old and have a Facebook account to apply. The deadline to enter the contest is May 14, and the winners will be announced May 18.
