This amazing sight recently went viral. Can you guess where it is?

A cliff on the edge of one of the world’s great rivers has become a viral sensation over the past month after a photographer posted a picture of it to social media, pointing out that it looked like the head of a puppy. “It was so magical and cute. I was so excited and happy when I discovered it,” the photographer said. “The puppy’s posture is like it’s drinking water, or it’s looking at some fish. It also looks like it’s quietly protecting the _____ River.” Can you guess where this adorable sight is located? Bonus points if you guess the river as well!

Since the sight became popular, dog lovers have been bringing their dogs to nearby observation spots with good views of "Puppy Mountain" in order to take their portraits in front of the viral cliff.
