Be sure not to miss Bryce National Park in Utah on your next colorful getaway. This park is famous for its vibrant orange and red landscape made up of “hoodoos,” which are odd-shaped pillars of rock left standing after being eroded by ice and rain over time. Yellowstone National Park is also home to some incredible natural wonders, including the rainbow-colored Sunset Lake hot spring. The hot spring gets its bright colors from brown, orange and yellow algae-like bacteria, called Thermophiles, that thrive in this cooling water.
