Ohio River Crests, Floods Homes And Businesses In Louisville

Areas of Louisville, Kentucky, are underwater after the Ohio River flooded during winter storms Jett and Kingston. Drone footage shows closed and flooded roads, gas stations and homes surrounded by floodwaters. The river is expected to begin receding Friday afternoon, with the river returning to normal heights by Feb 25.
