As Flood Rises, Driver And Child Huddle On Car’s Roof

A man and a child found themselves in a dangerous situation Tuesday in Eloy, Arizona. Police said the driver drove around a barricade and into a flooded intersection. Luckily, firefighters and sheriff’s deputies were able to reach the pair before the car was completely submerged.
