Driver Causes Snowplow To Tip Over

Police say an eager driver trying to pass a snowplow in Eagle Mountain, Utah. The driver was attempting to pass the plow Friday night when they cut off the plow, causing it to tip over. The driver was unhurt, but power was knocked out to hundreds when the plow hit power poles.
