Tropical Moisture Brings More Rain To California, Southwest

Flood watches remain in effect across central California as rain will be most widespread during the first half of the day. Showers and storms will then become more numerous across parts of Nevada, Utah, Arizona and New Mexico Friday afternoon and into the evening.
