Car Plunges Through Frozen Lake, Forcing Fire Dept. Warning

Indianapolis fire officials are publishing this failed rescue as an example of what NOT to do, after a car was left behind to plunge through the thin ice of a partially frozen lake. Worse still, officials say there was evidence others may have barely escaped the car’s frigid fate.
