WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, southwest winds becoming northwest of 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures expected, with hard freezing conditions possible over northern Arkansas. WHERE...Portions of central, eastern, north central, southeast, southwest, and western Arkansas. WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 AM CDT Monday. For the Freeze Warning, from 1 AM to 10 AM CDT Monday. IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
