Additional snow accumulations between 5 and 12 inches for northern Iron and central Ashland counties and 2 to 6 inches elsewhere. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. WHERE...Ashland and Iron Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Bad River Reservation and the northwestern area of the Lac du Flambeau Band. Other locations including Madeline Island. WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT Monday. IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel, have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded, stay with your vehicle.
