Winds could gust as high as 45 mph. WHERE...The Eastern Lake Ontario Region. WHEN...From Friday morning through Saturday afternoon. IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday evening commute. Gusty winds could down tree branches and cause isolated power outages. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
